NASDAQ: AVIR) (“Atea” or the “Company”), today announced that they have nominated three highly qualified director candidates – Howard H. Berman, James Flynn and Mr. Torok – for election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”).
