AIR Announces GRESB Results and Corporate Responsibility Progress

Apartment Income REIT LLC ("AIR" or "AIR Communities") today announced an update on the company's GRESB performance and corporate responsibility program. AIR received a 2025 GRESB score of 85 out of 100 and 4 stars out of 5, marking the company's fifth year of participation in the global benchmark. The achievement places AIR in the top 25% of all participating residential entities in the Americas, ranking 33rd out of 145.

Each year, GRESB (formerly Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) assesses and benchmarks the performance of real estate portfolios worldwide, delivering trusted insights to financial markets on material performance factors that influence long-term value. This year, over 2,300 real estate portfolios were assessed by GRESB.

AIR received top scores of 95 or higher out of 100 in five key categories: Leadership, Building Certifications, Stakeholder Engagement, Tenants and Community, and Data Monitoring & Review. Additionally, AIR performed better than peers on average in environmental performance areas including energy consumption, GHG emissions, water consumption, waste management, and building certifications.
