Airgas Earnings Tumble

Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG) reported sharply lower third quarter earnings of 56 cents per share compared with 76 cents per share last year that fell short of expectations as revenue dropped. The stock price plummeted $4.57 to close at $42.26.
