FDA Accepts Questcor's Filing

The Food and Drug Adminstration accepted Questcor Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s (Nasdaq: QCOR) filing to market it infantile spasm treatment Acthar and will make a decision by June 11, 2010. The stock price soared 89 cents to $5.21.
