LabCorp To Acquire Monogram

Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (NYSE: LH) will pay approximately $106.7 million to acquire Monogram Biosciences Inc. (Nasdaq: MGRM). Shares of Monogram more than doubled by leaping $2.83 to $4.51 while LabCorp stock eased 97 cents to $64.74.
