JetBlue To Sell 20 Million Common Shares

JetBlue Airways Corp. (Nasdaq: JBLU) announced plans to sell 20 million shares of common stock and $150 million in convertible debentures. Shares of the airliner dropped 74 cents to close at $4.29.
