Helix To Sell 20 Million Shares Of Cal Dive
Cal Dive International's (NYSE: DVR) majority shareholder Helix Energy Solution Group (NYSE: HLX) will sell 20 million on its shares at a 5% discount to the offshore energy services firm closing price yesterday. Shares of Cal Dive fell 52 cents to $8.40 while Helix stock eased 3 cents to $11.37.
