Fitch Downgrades Colonial BancGroup's Rating

Fitch Ratings downgraded Colonial BancGroup Inc.'s (NYSE: CNB) rating further into junk status after the bank agreed to comply with regulator's cease-and-desist order sending the stock price plummeting 31 cents to 90 cents.
