Ambac Postpones Everspan Launch

Ambac Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: ABK) postponed the launch of Everspan Financial Guarantee after failing to raise enough capital to achieve sufficient financial strength ratings. The stock price dropped 15 cents to $1.10.
