Banking Stocks Rally

Banking stocks continued to rally on turnaround hopes.  Shares of Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) leaped 76 cents to close at $3.80 and Fifth Third Bancorp (Nasdaq: FITB) surged 76 cents to close at $4.34.
